Since I was very young, I used to live in the countryside. This helped to develop a keen interest in local products and general in products of the land.
I always bring into all my menus a touch from my past, and I love to present and describe each ingredient that I’m using to impress my client and bring them through a unique taste experience.
I’ve also studied veterinary medicine at the university, to improve my knowledge about the life cycle of food products and how to use them properly.
Working as a professional chef has been, in many respects, the continuation of my everlasting passion for food.
