He learned his skills from classically trained chefs in 5 star hotels and many top London restaurants. After a successful career in Caprice Holdings, Drake and Morgan and Rocket restaurants, he opened his own private catering and events company. Chris's cooking style is modern and vibrant. He is fond of adding his own unique touches to the classic French and Mediterranean cuisine. Chris cooks only organic, free range and ethically sourced produce from local London's farmers markets. He offers modern continental menus, traditional French and British cuisine, cooking and cocktail masterclasses, as well as food and wine pairing courses.
