Since the early age of 14, I started working In my mom’s restaurant in Venezuela where I wanted to learn bar techniques but I soon realised that the kitchen was my real venture. After finishing school I wanted to travel and learn different types of cuisines. First I went to the USA and worked in Mexican, Italian, South American and even Nepalese restaurants. But I didn’t want to stop there, I came to Europe and enrolled in Le cordon bleu school, where I learned all that I know now. After working for more than 20 years in the industry for the most iconic places like the Langham hotel, le jardín des Sens in France, city social with Jason Atherton, etc. I have to say that this will always be my true passion.
